GKVK International Trade deals primarily in bulk export and perishable agricultural products, which are sourced and shipped as per confirmed buyer requirements.
No General Returns
Due to the nature of agricultural and perishable goods:
- Returns are not accepted once goods are shipped
- Refunds are not applicable for confirmed and dispatched export orders
Exceptional Cases
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
- Proven quality mismatch against agreed specifications
- Transit damage supported by inspection reports
- Short supply or incorrect shipment as per contract
Reporting Timeline
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with:
- Clear photos or videos
- Inspection or survey reports (if applicable)
- Reference to purchase order or contract terms
Refund Processing
If a refund or adjustment is approved:
- It will be processed as per mutual agreement
- Refunds may be issued through bank transfer or adjusted in future shipments
- Processing time may vary based on banking and international regulations
Advance Payments
All advance payments for confirmed export orders are non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned in a written agreement.
